These branches are start-up locations. Consolidated Medical provides a team effort and provides support and guidance with all start-up locations. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious person who has a positive attitude and is not afraid of challenging work. Medical staffing can be incredibly challenging and stressful and requires someone who excels in high pressure positions. This position is not a 9-5 position as healthcare is a 24/7 industry. This position requires a dedicated individual who wants to build and grow their business (office) and be rewarded and compensated well for their efforts. Growth potential within the organization is highly possible for a successful and driven candidate. Qualified candidates must be able to work-on site at the branch location. These positions are not remote opportunities.

Basic Purpose:

The Branch Manager is the leader of the branch and is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all day-to-day operations. The Branch Manage is also responsible for all Business Development.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Leads the branch and direct all branch activity
  • Sets goals and objectives for operations and growth and manage, maintain, and increase productivity
  • Responsible to develop the sales and business plans for the branch and grow branch revenue
  • Identifies and conducts sales activities for business development
  • Provides direction for team members and makes day to day operational decisions
  • Manages all financial components to ensure branch is profitable
  • Effectively manage costs for the branch
  • Develops and implements a recruitment plan to support growth of business
  • Recruit, hire and train branch personnel
  • Supervise staff and monitor and evaluate performance
  • Builds rapport with customers, field staff and the community
  • Can understand and analyze financial reports and manage expenses
  • Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
  • Be able to effectively communicate
  • Ability to identify and manage problems as they arise and find solution
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new systems.

Experience/Education:

  • High school or equivalent
  • One year of training or experience in the healthcare industry, medical staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Two years of sales and marketing experience with proven growth – preferably in the medical staffing industry

  • Ability to collaborate with all people/aspects of selling cycle to achieve all goals

  • Travel up to 20% of the time (local travel within your territory)
